Description

This Caterham Sigma Jenvey Throttle Body Kit has been specifically put together by Northampton Motorsport and is suitable for both the Ti-VCT and Fixed Cam 1.6L 16v Sigma engines as found in the Caterham Seven. Unlike the regular DTH Sigma kit, this kit been designed to fit under the bonnet without having to cut the bonnet, even with an air filter installed.

What’s in the box?

  • Jenvey Direct to Head 42mm throttle bodies
  • Jenvey 19mm air horns
  • Jenvey #6 fuel rail with mounting brackets (one end comes supplied with a blanking cap and the other with a push fitting compatible with the original fuel line)

Please note: The coolant pipe between the radiator and thermostat will foul the throttle bodies so some modification is required. We also supply a Coolant Bypass hose kit for an additional cost which rectifies this issue. It is available separately or in the options above.
