Description
This Bosch 14mm Injector Bung is aluminium injector bung designed for sealing and blanking unused 14mm injector positions. These can be used as a permanent solution.
They are used when relocating the fuel injectors from the cylinder head (usually on a throttle body conversion).
Jenvey Bosch 14mm Injector Bung Installation instructions:
- Screw the bung all the way onto a long M6 cap head
- Ideally place a rag in the port to prevent dirt of debris getting into the engine
- Degrease the injector port
- Put a small amount of Locktite all the way round the centre ring section of the bung (we recommend the use of Locktite 648)
- Put the bung into the injector port and tap in with a small hammer until it goes solid
- Remove the cap head and allow glue to set
