Description
This Triumph TR6 Jenvey Throttle Body Kit is a direct to head throttle body kit designed to replace the original setup fitted to the TR6 engine. It significantly improves throttle response and reliability of your engine whilst producing more power with better fuel economy.
This kit consists of:
- Jenvey cast direct to head throttle bodies (x3)
- Jenvey built in fuel rails
- Jenvey built in air rails (gives the ability to run the original airbox)
- Jenvey 250cc injectors (x6) alternative sizes available upon request
The Triumph TR6 Jenvey Throttle Body Kit performance is enhanced by careful positioning of the EFI fuel injectors being located further upstream than standard. They are directly in the part throttle turbulence of the butterfly. This allows increased time/distance for improved fuel mixing increasing torque and power where its needed. The Jenvey spindles are profiled to minimise cross sectional area at full throttle and an 8 degree shut angle (shallower than most) which gives finer control at small throttle openings.
Please note: A standalone Engine Management system will be required for use and if converting from Carburettors, changes to the fuel system are also required.
