Here at Northampton Motorsport, we ship orders all over the world from our Northampton based workshop in the United Kingdom. Below is some important information you should consider before placing an order with us:

• Currency: All orders will be processed in GBP. Both of our payment gateways (PayPal and Worldpay) will handle the currency conversion at the current applicable exchange rate.

• International Orders (Including the USA): Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. As the seller, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Shipping Address Verification (PayPal): For your security and to prevent fraud, we only ship to the address provided on the PayPal Transaction Details page. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout.

• Payment Method Details: We securely accept payments via PayPal and Worldpay. Your financial details are never shared with us.

• International Fees: Depending on your payment method or card issuer, you may incur additional cross-border or foreign transaction fees. Please check with your bank or card issuer for details.

To summarise, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are aware of any additional charges that may be levied against a shipment. Once a parcel has been shipped, if the parcel is refused at customs, the buyer is responsible for covering any charges added. If the charges are not covered, any charges will be deducted from any refund offered plus a restocking fee in line with our Terms and Conditions.
