Description
This ECUMaster Classic Semi Assembled Wiring has been constructed in house and is designed to simply the installation of an ECUMaster Classic ECU. This wiring loom is suitable for use with most 4 cylinder engines. We start with an unterminated Classic wiring loom as well as a classic connector kit and pre terminate the ECU connectors and label all of the basic engine sensors. This includes all of the engine management sensors as well as the fuel pump & cooling fan control.
This removes some of the head ache whilst building a wiring loom from scratch and enables the end user to simply cut to length, heat shrink, finish terminating the pre labelled loom and then install.
This Semi Assembled Wiring Loom includes:
- ECUMaster Classic Unterminated wiring loom (x1 / 2.5 meters long)
- ECUMaster Classic Connector kit (x1)
- Terminated ECU Connectors
- Engine management sensors labelled (please see “What wires are labelled” below for more information)

What wires are labelled?
As part of this kit, we will wire and label the following:
- Air temp sensor
- Coil pack*
- Coolant temp sensor
- Crank sensor* (three core shielded wire)
- Injectors (x4)
- Knock sensor
- Lambda Sensor
- Tacho
- Throttle position sensor
Included in this is all power and sensor grounds.
*After your order, we will contact you to ask what coil pack and crank sensor you will be using and will create the loom accordingly.
What is not included?
- Camshaft position sensor wiring (three core shielded wire)
- Engine relays
- Heat shrink
- Sensor plug and pin kits
